Like a summer craving....
I am one of those people who love to enjoy life to the fullest, who are always positive and caring. I think that in life, you have to know how to appreciate the simple things, the daily pleasures and enjoy at all times. It is with this vision of things that I like to stroll around Paris, shop or have a drink with friends. In winter, the places I miss the most are the terraces of Parisian bars where in summer enjoying the sun is a real moment of pleasure. A terrace means cocktails... I like to sip many drinks according to my desires of the moment. However, a cocktail always satisfies my taste buds regardless of my moods: the Cosmopolitan or more commonly called Cosmo.
The Cosmopolitan
Cosmo, a cocktail made with vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and lime is one of my favourite drinks. A mixture with a tangy and very refreshing taste that I could drink endlessly. A Cocktail that originated in the 60s but enjoyed real success 30 years later in the 90s thanks to Carrie Bradshaw, the main character in the world-famous series Sex and the City, who made this cocktail his best friend during his social evenings. A mythical series for any girl who loves fashion, which transmitted to me my admiration for haute couture and which made me discover this famous cocktail that I love so much. A drink mainly intended for women with its very girly candy pink color usually served in a martini glass. This gives it a rare elegance and refinement, this cocktail is perfect in all circumstances. It will bring you the essential glamour touch no matter what your look.
